At the University of Michigan, professor Joanne Carlisle declares their RF implementation a success so far. I'm curious about the details, but like the fact that they are using subcomponents of the Iowa Test of Basic Skills as their measure. Of course, I'd like to know which ones and what the within year results look like and how the growth of each cohort looks instead of comparing one cohort with the previous ones. I always have questions . . .

I am the kind of guy who loves to try unused stuff. Currently I'm building my own pv panels. I am doing it all by myself without the assistance of my staff. I'm using the internet as the only way to acheive this. I ran across a very awesome site that explains how to make pv panels and wind generators. The website explains all the steps involved in solar panel construction.
I am not really sure bout how accurate the data given there is.
